So, we’re three quarters of the way through our 2026 wedding season, and it’s been our busiest year yet. We’ve photographed weddings all over the UK, in Ireland, and twice in France. More than any other year, these celebrations have often stretched across two or three days and in one case, four days. We’ve also spoken at three photography conferences and workshops in the UK and Italy, mentored 10 photographers from across Europe, been featured in Elle and Waitrose magazines, and picked up a few more awards along the way (see some of our new awards at the end of this blog).
But much more than the awards, it’s the messages and emails from our couples that we’ve loved most. Even though we’ve not quite finished wedding season and this isn’t yet our annual “best of” post, we’ve had so much brilliant feedback this year that we wanted to share it here, alongside a few photographs from every wedding we’ve photographed.
Thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to write to us to say it means a lot to us is a huge understatement. Hearing what made you laugh and what had you in tears means so much to us. We’ve loved this year more than any other and we’ve included your words below because, honestly, you say it better than we could. We’re now in full-on editing mode, but for now, here are your amazing words and a selection photographs from your beautiful weddings.
