We are so thrilled to have won another Ninedots award, this time it’s an image from Victoria and Luke’s amazing Yorkshire tipi wedding. This makes three Ninedots awards in total so far for us which really is fantastic.
This image shows the conclusion of an epic tug of war! The little boy to the left is Victoria and Luke’s own little boy, being ably assisted by a kindly bridesmaid. Then to the right is a male guest, looking like he’s not breaking sweat at all in his efforts. Then in the middle, the real battle: two flower girls who both really wanted to win!
The flower girl to the left is trying her very hardest and though the one to the right is clearly on the verge of losing there is absolutely not giving up. Her despairing grab at the rope as it’s pulled away from her by her sister really makes this image what it is. But it’s every individual part that comes together to make a story all in one frame. That’s what we love doing best: telling hundreds of little stories over the course of a wedding day.
Every award we win means so much to us and recognition for our work is always lovely. So thank you so much to the Ninedots judges. However our job is far more than awards – the most important thing we does is capture moments for our couples and their families and friends to look back on forever.
