In Harpham East Yorkshire, Marnie and Robert held the most beautiful wedding celebrations at the historic St Quentin Arms Pub. What a day! Marnie and Rob are such a relaxed and fun loving couple. They just wanted to have the very best day possible at their Yorkshire wedding. More importantly, they wanted all their guests to have a wonderful day too. And as the images above show, that is exactly what everyone did – have a wonderful day!
Everywhere we looked, there were happy, smiling faces. The speeches were a particular highlight, with each one seemingly bringing down the house – or should we say tipi! The relaxed setting of a tipi in the lovely grounds of St Quentin Arms fitted the wedding perfectly. Rob’s speech featuring props of coloured string – that caught everyone up and literally brought everyone together – was perhaps the most ingenious wedding speech we have every witnessed.
Our very favourite image from the day is below. We love this image! We had accompanied Marnie and Rob for a walk through a nearby field to take some images of them together. On the way back to St Quentin Arms to rejoin their wedding party, Marnie and Rob paused in front of the most amazing tree, just at the moment the sun was beginning to set behind it. It was the combination of perfect timing and a lovely natural kiss between our happy couple that makes us love this image so much.
