Recently we photographed another wedding at the superbly beautiful Nottinghamshire Wedding venue The Pumping House. There really is nowhere quite like The Pumping House as it is the most unique and characterful wedding venue for miles around. So when Heidi and James picked us to photograph their day we were absolutely thrilled. Below you will find a selection of our favourite images from the day.

We hate having our photo taken but they made us feel so relaxed and we forgot they were there most of the time. Everything was so effortless and informal, just how we wanted it.
The only thing we requested on the day was to use smoke bombs, we didnt know how or in what way but they had the brilliant idea of guests running around us and got some amazing shots! They didnt miss a single thing and are award winners for a reason! They even managed to get our wedding featured in Whimsical Wonderland wedding blog. They made us feel so special and by some miracle, we had all of our photos, edited, within 10 days! They both worked so hard and we loved everything! Hire them! You wont be disappointed”

Apart from any group shots requested by the couple, all images taken without staging or posing – at this beautiful wedding, even the smoke bomb shots are unposed! We just let the couples and their guests have fun with smoke bombs and photographed it all naturally.
