We photographed Rochelle and John’s Lincolnshire wedding at Hall Farm in early 2020. What a day we had! Below you will find a selection of some of our favourite images from this amazing wedding day.
Award winning wedding photography.

Rain on your wedding day is good luck!
Alanis Morissette sang about rain on your wedding day in a none too complimentary manner. We have always found however that rain doesn’t badly effect a wedding day at all. All rain does is bring people closer together. Rochelle and John were subjected to rain and hail on their wedding day! The rain came and went and then came back again. With the aforementioned hail in between! In between the changing weather Rochelle and John were able to enjoy some time outside for confetti and a romantic walk together too. All in all it once again proved a little rain does nothing to stop a couple having the very best day ever!
Gorgeous flowers and a wonderful wedding dress.
We worked alongside some fantastic fellow wedding suppliers. First of all we must mention Sarah’s The Florist based in Skegness for all the amazing flower arrangements and the bouquet. Kate Atkinson provided the make up and it was great to work alongside Kate again. Hair Beautiful, Happycakies and Sharon’s Novelty Cakes were all suppliers with whom we worked with for the first time. Every one so very talented! Rochelle’s dress was designed by Blue by Enzoani and was really stunning.
An English and South African fusion wedding.
John’s family had flown in from South Africa and it was lovely to see two cultures come together. There were many South African touches on the day. Best of all was perhaps the copious amount of ‘Springbokkie’ that was enjoyed by all. Springbokkies are traditional South African cocktails made up of creme de menthe and amarula. John was a dab hand at making them! We were offered one on more than one occasion. Our photography is always better the less we drink though so sadly we had to decline! They did look good though and everyone enjoyed them. Springbokkies really get the party started it’s fair to say!
A beautiful Lincolnshire wedding venue.
Hall Farm is a stunning location for a wedding. Set within acres of farmland is this luxury hotel and wedding venue. The ceremony and wedding breakfast rooms are beautifully decorated and have a barn feel to match the farm setting. The day started off with Rochelle and her bridesmaids getting ready in one of the gorgeous Hall Farm Hotel hotel rooms. Relaxed and chilled out is the only way to describe the mood! Excitement was definitely building though. Glasses of bubbly were shared while the children happily played in the room. Rochelle then put on her stunning wedding dress and it was time for the main event!
Emotional speeches and balloon tricks.
Rochelle and John’s wedding service was really lovely to photograph. Smiles and laughter were shared as both family and friends enjoyed the ceremony. Then after a lovely cocktail hour where all the guests mingled it was onto some emotional speeches. John had everyone laughing before his best man turned the tables and had everyone crying! Every speech was engaging be it happy or poignant.
Dancing the night away!
The wedding breakfast at Hall Farm was truly superb. Then Rochelle and John’s balloon artist arrived to entertain the children. He wowed plenty of adults with balloon tricks as well! A few guests even tried to join in but their attempts were perhaps a little less convincing! We finished our day by capturing a lovely first dance. Then guests joined Rochelle and John on the dance floor. The party was really fun to photograph. We loved documenting this stunning Lincolnshire wedding and it was great to get to know Rochelle and John and all their guests too.
