Oh how we love Elmore Court! It is simply one of the most stunning UK wedding venues. Below you’ll find some of our favourite images from our last trip there, telling the story of Megan and Chana’s beautiful wedding day.
Megan and Chana really did plan the perfect day and picked the most perfect Gloucestershire wedding venue for their wedding. Nestled in the hear of Gloucestershire, Elmore Court is a sensationally beautiful wedding venue. Elmore Court combines historic features with state of the art and beautifully designed ‘rammed earth’ building, as the venue themselves describe it! This ecologically constructed new build stands to the side of the stunning original house. Both are really amazing spaces for a wedding. The main, original house has a wonderful ceremony room and the newly built ‘rammed earth’ building houses both the wedding breakfast the ensuing party. Then we have the grounds and the bridal cottage. The bridal cottage is a beautiful space for the bridal party to get ready in. The grounds seem to go on and on, with so many beautiful spots to go. All are perfect for our style of photography.
We had met Megan and Chana at their pre wedding shoot and had really enjoyed getting to know them a little. Their wedding day, taking in elements of a traditional civil and also elements from traditional asian weddings (Megan got changed into a stunning red sari after the first dance) was perfect from the beginning until the end. We would happily photograph the whole day all over again and we hope to return to Elmore Court again very soon.
