We are The Wedding Industry Awards Wedding Photographers of The Year for Yorkshire and The North East!
A week ago we won the ‘2020 Wedding Photographers Of The Year Award’ for Yorkshire and The North East region at the Wedding Industry Awards – the TWIAs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t be at the awards, so we were really excited when, a few days later, we received our award in the post!
It is always a great feeling when our work is recognised and this year has been incredible with awards from ‘This Is Reportage’, ‘Fearless’, ‘Photographers Keeping It Real’, ‘Wedding Photography Select’, ‘Wedaward’ and ‘Wedisson’.
We’ve also had our work featured in a whole range of wedding industry blogs: ‘Rock My Wedding’, ‘Rock N Roll Bride’, ‘Love My Dress’, ‘Boho Weddings’, ‘Brides Up North’, ‘Whimsical Wonderland’ and ‘The Outside Bride’. All the blogs are a fantastic source of inspiration for any couple planning their wedding day.
Above all, once again we have had a year full of amazing weddings and have met so many lovely people along the way. Without these beautiful weddings – with their unique moments – we’d never win a single award. So thank you to everyone who chose us to photograph their special day; and to those couples whose weddings are in the coming months and years – we can’t wait for each and every one!
The TWIA Wedding Photographer Of The Year Award has been a wonderful way to end our wedding season. Thanks again to TWIA for giving us this fantastic accolade. Looking at the list of previous winners makes us incredibly proud to be in such creative and esteemed company. In January we’ll be heading to London for the UK finals – we can’t wait. It’s sure to be great night. Congratulations to all the winners at this year’s TWIAs – we look forward to meeting you all in the new year.
